Professor David Pannell
David Pannell has completed, supervised or reviewed hundreds of Benefit-Cost Analyses for clients around the world, and has delivered dozens of training courses, ranging from beginners to advanced-level.
David is Co-Director of the Centre for Environmental Economics and Policy at the University of Western Australia. He has won an outstanding teaching award from his university, and awards for research excellence in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

BCA Tools
David developed the INFFEWS Benefit-Cost Analysis Tool which is widely used in Australia.
He co-developed INFFER, a tool for evaluating and prioritising environmental projects, using BCA principles. INFFER won a Eureka Prize - Australia’s top science award.
